Reviews and Ratings
The hotel had its pros and cons. The location was fantastic, very close to central Amsterdam and the tram service, making it easy to explore. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable, but I found it quite small and lacked air conditioning. The service was a bit hit or miss, especially regarding housekeeping which didn’t meet my expectations. Overall, the hotel had promise but could improve in certain areas.
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was ideal for exploring, being close to trams and restaurants, the room itself left much to be desired. It was incredibly cramped with awkward bathroom arrangements, and the lack of basic amenities made it challenging for a comfortable stay. Overall, it was not worth the price considering what was offered.
My stay was quite frustrating because I booked a twin bed but ended up with a double due to being told the hotel was fully booked. The shared toilet was very cramped and uncomfortable. On the upside, the room itself was decent, with a good bed and the location was reasonably convenient for exploring Amsterdam. Still, I wouldn't recommend this hotel based on my experience.
During my stay, I found the hotel to be a mixed bag. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the cleanliness of the rooms and overall experience fell short. Additionally, the location was a bit awkward, requiring some travel to get to major attractions. I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're looking to save some money and don't mind compromising on comfort.
I appreciated the great location of the hotel, which was close enough to the main attractions and had some nice nearby pubs and supermarkets. While the friendly receptionists made a positive impression, the overall cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired, particularly with the housekeeping. For the price, I expected a bit more attention to detail when it came to room cleanliness and maintenance.
